Step 3 of 6: Drive Sharing for Windows XP Pro

DO NOT INSERT THE USB KEY UNTIL DIRECTED

Sharing Drive C

The next step in the process is to share the C drive on the server and all terminals. You will start with the server.

• Go to My Computer
• You will see Local Disk (C:) Right click on Local Disk (C:)
• Go to Sharing and Security
• Click where it says You understand the risk but still want to share the drive
• You will get a box where you must choose Just Enable Sharing button
• Choose Share this folder and the box that says Allow users to change my files
• Then click "OK."

Your C drive is now shared with other users on your network. You will need to do this process on all terminals.

Now that your drives are shared you are ready to begin loading software.
